The self-priming pump type HD impresses with its excellent priming capability (up to 7 m) and an excellent conveying behavior with liquids containing gas. Because of its robust design the maintenance costs are very low and the lifetime is long. The design of the pump guarantees a gentle and silent pumping of different liquids. The sanitary design and the material 1.4435 makes the pump easy to clean. That’s why the pump is often used in the beverage, food and pharmaceutical industries.

Standard Centrifugal Pumps
The normal-priming SAWA centrifugal pump LE convinces through its silent operation and its optimised fluid-dynamics design. The pump is CIP and SIP compliant and is therefore quickly cleaned. The SAWA centrifugal pump LE is often used in the beverage, food and pharmaceutical industry. The robust execution makes it possible to pump solids-laden and abrasiv liquids.

Because of its specially designed impeller, the SAWA centrifugal pump ZAL is capable to reach delivery heads up to 10 bar with a single stage. This characteristic is often used for cleaning applications with spray balls. An advantage of the single stage pump against a multi stage pump is the better drainability which is of importance in many applications in the pharmaceutical industry. The SAWA centrifugal pump typ ZA is designed for higher flow rates and is also made of stainless steel 1.4435. The pump is predestined to be used in sanitary and sterile applications.

The SAWA hybrid centrifugal pump LES has a better suction capabilty compared to a normal centrifugal pump. Through its special designed recirculation system in the pump cover the pump can be an alternative to a self-priming pump. Especially for CIP-retrun applications or for the unloading of tank trucks, a SAWA hybrid centrifugal pump is an interesting solution.

Submersible Centrifugal Pumps
The SAWA submersible centrifugal pump with motor in dry well installation is available for a submersion depths up to 3 m. It is manufactured out of corrosion resistent stainless steel. The pumps are made according to the customers’s requirements and are ideal for application with solvents, industrial waste water, alcohol and chemicals. A bearing free version is available for submersion depths up to 0.6 m. This guarantees a long lifetime e.g. with abrasive liquids.
